? Purchasing
? Receiving
? Storing
? Issuing
? Pre-preparation (recipe)
? Set proper proportion
? Service Concepts
? Preparation for par stock
? Liase with Accounting & Sales
? Set effective control system
? Be part of/assist in other hotel activities on behalf of Finance Department such as: SHE Committee, CSR Initiatives and etc.
